ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Municipal Administration, AP in the Letter 4th read above, Government after careful examination, hereby order following transfers and postings of certain Municipal Commissioners on administrative grounds with immediate effect:-
1. Sri PVVD Prasada Rao, Municipal Commissioner Grade-I, now working as
Zonal Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation is transferred
and posted as Commissioner, Srikakulam Municipal Corporation on his own pay, in
the existing vacancy.
2. Sri S.Manohar, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II, now working as
Municipal Commissioner, Amalapuram, who is under orders of transfer and
directed to report before the Director of Municipal Administration, AP, for
further posting vide G.O 3rd read above is posted as Deputy
Commissioner, Kakinada Municipal Corporation on his own pay, vice Sri G.Sekhar,
Deputy Commissioner is transferred and directed to report before the Director
of Municipal Administration, AP, for further posting.
3. Sri T.Nagendra Kumar, Superintendent, GVMC, now working as Municipal Commissioner,
Palasa Kasibugga is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Kovvur,
on his own pay, vice Sri K.Daniel Joseph, Revenue Officer working as Municipal
Commissioner is transferred.
4. On transfer, Sri K.Daniel Joseph, Revenue Officer, Category-II, now
working as Municipal Commissioner, Kovvur is posted as Municipal Commissioner,
Kanigiri on his own pay, vice Sri T.V.Ranga Rao, Municipal Commissioner is
transferred and directed to report before the Director of Municipal
Administration, AP, for further posting.
5. Sri M.Anjaiah, MC Grade-II, now working as Municipal Commissioner, Puttaparti
is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Narasapuram, on his own
pay, in the existing vacancy.
6. Sri B.Siva Reddy, Municipal Commissioner Grade-I, who is waiting for posting is posted as Deputy Commissioner, Eluru Municipal Corporation on his own pay, in the existing vacancy.
7. Sri C.Ganga Prasad, MC Grade-III, now working as Municipal Commissioner,
Sullurpeta is transferred and posted as MC, Atmakur, Nellore District vice Sri
Shaik Fazulullah, Municipal Commissioner is transferred and directed to report
before the Director of Municipal Administration, AP, for further posting.
8. Sri V.Mallikarjuna, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-I, who is waiting for
posting is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Adoni on his own pay, in the
existing vacancy.
9. Smt. S.Baby, Revenue Officer, Category-III, Yemmiganur Municipality is
transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Nandikotkur, on her own pay,
vice Sri T.Sudhakara Reddy, Senior Auditor, State Audit Dept working as
Municipal Commissioner on deputation basis, is repatriated to his parent
department i.e., State Audit Department.
10. Sri G.Nagaraju, Additional Director, now working as Regional
Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Visakhapatnam
is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation,
on his own pay, in the existing vacancy.
11. Sri B.Prahalad, Sanitary Inspector, Kadiri is transferred and posted as Municipal
Commissioner, Puttaparthi on his own pay, vice Sri M.Anjaiah, Municipal
Commissioner, is transferred.
12. Sri A.Prasad, Manager, Category-III, now working as Town Project
Officer, Nellore Municipal Corporation, on deputation is transferred and posted
as Assistant Commissioner, Chittoor Municipal Corporation, on his own pay, in
the existing vacancy.
13. Sri K.V.Krishna Reddy, Superintendent who is under orders of
repatriation to his original post i.e., Superintendent, Kadapa Municipal
Corporation vide G.O 3rd read above is now posted as Municipal
Commissioner, Nagari on his own pay, vice Sri M.Manjunatha Gowd, Manager
working as Municipal Commissioner, is repatriated to his original post i.e.,
Manager, Nandikotkur Municipality.
14. Sri A.Mohana Srinivas Rao, Manager who is under orders of repatriation
as Manager, Hindupur Municipality vide G.O.Rt.No.655 MA&UD (A) Dept., dated
22.08.2024, is modified and repatriated to his original post i.e., Manager,
Vuyyur Municipality.
15. Sri
BJSP Raju, AO, Eluru UDA & MC, Chintalapudi (FAC) is transferred and posted
as MC, Yelamanchili on his own pay in the existing vacancy duly relieving Sri
D. Prabhakara Rao, Manager, Yelamanchili from FAC of the post.
16. Sri D.T.V.Krishna Rao, Asst. Commissioner, Gudivada is transferred and posted as MC, Nuzivid on his own pay vice Sri R.Venkata Rami Reddy, MC is transferred and directed to report before the DMA for further posting.
17. Sri
P. Srinivasa Rao, DC, Kadapa Municipal Corporation, is transferred and posted
as Assistant Commissioner, Gudivada on his own pay vice Sri DTV.Krishna Rao
transferred.
18. Sri
M. Rammohan waiting for posting is posted as MC, Jaggaiahpeta on his own pay
and he is directed to join in the said post after superannuation of Sri Ch.
Malleswara Rao, MC on 31.08.2024.
19. Sri
V. Maha Lakshmipathi Rao, Assistant Commissioner, Mangalagiri Tadepalli
Municipal Corporation is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner,
Tenali on his own pay in the existing vacancy.
20. Sri
K. Sambasiva Rao, Superintendent (RO), Guntur Municipal Corporation, is
transferred and posted as MC, Repalle on his own pay vice Sri B.R.S. Seshadri
is transferred and directed to report before the DMA for further posting.
21. Sri
P. Srihari Babu, Additional Commissioner, Anantapur Municipal Corporation is
transferred and posted as MC, Chilakaluripeta vice Sri Ch. Govinda Rao, Section
Officer, AP Secretariat working as MC on deputation basis is repatriated to his
parent department ie, GA (SU.I) Department, AP Secretariat, Amaravati for
further posting.
22. Sri
P. Srinivasas Rao, MC, O/o CDMA is transferred and posted as Assistant
Commissioner, Ongole Municipal Corporation, Ongole on his own pay vice Sri D.
Ravindra, AC, Ongole is directed to report before the DMA for further posting.
23. Sri
D.V.S. Narayana Rao, Sanitary Inspector, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation,
Vijayawada is transferred and posted as MC,
Markapuram on his own pay vice
Sri E. Kiran, AAO, State Audit Department working as MC on deputation basis is
repatriated to his parent department, State Audit Department.
24. Sri
S. Ravindra Babu, Joint Director, O/o DMA is transferred and posted as
Commissioner, Kurnool Municipal Corporation, Kurnool in the existing vacancy,
on his own pay.
25. Sri
L. Ramesh Babu, Superintendent, Kurnool Municipal Corporation and MC,
Betamcharla (FAC) is transferred and posted as MC, Atmakur, Kurnool District
vice Sri D. Hari Prasad, Sanitary Inspector is directed to report before the
DMA for further posting.
26. Sri
B. Jabbar Miah, MC, Mydukur is transferred and posted as MC, Gooty vice Sri G.
Srinivasulu is repatriated to his original post i.e., Sanitary Inspector,
Kurnool Municipal Corporation, Kurnool.
27. On repatriation, Sri G. Srinivasulu, Sanitary Inspector, Kurnool Municipal Corporation is kept Full Additional Charge to the post of MC, Penukonda, duly relieving Sri K.V. Madhusudhan Reddy, AC, Dharmavaram from FAC of the post.
28. Sri
D. Ramudu, Sanitary Inspector, Proddatur is transferred and posted as MC,
Pulivendula on his own pay duly relieving him from FAC of the post of MC,
Kamalapuram, vice Sri G. Ramana Reddy, MC, Pulivendula is transferred and
directed to report before the DMA for further posting.
29. Sri
K.V. Madhusudhana Reddy, Asst. Commissioner, Dharmavaram is transferred and
posted as MC, Punganuru on his own pay vice Sri P. Narasimha Prasad, MC is
transferred and directed to report before the DMA for further posting.
This order
does not require the concurrence of the Finance (HR.I-Plg. &
Policy) Department as per the orders vide reference 1st
read above.
The
Director of Municipal Administration, AP shall take further necessary action
accordingly.
