With regard to the reference read above, Principals of all Government/Aided Junior Colleges in the State are hereby informed to conduct Quarterly Examinations in general and Vocational courses for the academic year 2024 -25 as per the following revised schedule:

General subject question papers will be available in the college logins on the day of Examination on FN & AN Sessions.

 

The Principals of colleges having Vocational Courses are requested to prepare the subject wise Vocational Question papers at your college level as per the syllabus for Quarterly Examinations.

 

Further, all Principals of Government / Aided Junior Colleges in the State are also directed to complete the evaluation of Quarterly Examinations and upload the marks in the concerned College logins on or before 25.10.2024. Parent Teacher meeting should mandatorily be conducted on 28.10.2024 to inform the parents about their wards performance in these examinations.

 

All the RJDs / DVEOs/ DIEOs/ RIOs in the State are directed to monitor all the Government / Aided Junior Colleges under their jurisdiction and ensure smooth conduct of these examinations as per the above schedule.

 

Note: Study Hours will be conducted in Morning session for 2^nd year students and afternoon session for 1^st year students
