AP MBBS-BDS Admissions Counselling Web Options 2024-25 for Academic year 2024-25 MBBS-BDS- Admissions -Notification for exercising ONE-TIME Web Options - CQ - 2024-25
In continuation to earlier notification dated 09.08.2024 and display of Provisional Merit List on 03.09.2024, this University hereby notifies the 1St Phase of web-based counselling for admission into MBBS course under Competent Authority Quota including Special Categories i.e., PwBD, PMC, NCC, CAP, Sports & Games, Scouts & Guides and Anglo-Indian seats available in the following colleges:
- Seats available (after contributing 15% of seats to All India Quota) in Government Medical and Government Dental Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh, affiliated to Dr. NTRUHS.
- General category seats available (50% of Intake after contributing 15% of seats to All India Quota) in the permitted Government Medical Colleges from 2023-24 onwards (G.O.Ms.No.107, HM & FW (C1) Dept., Dt.19.07.2023).
- Category 'A' seats (50% of Intake) in Private Un-aided Non-Minority Medical and Dental Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh, affiliated to Dr. NTRUHS.
- Category `A' seats (50% of Intake) in Private Un-aided Minority Medical and Dental Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh, affiliated to Dr. NTRUHS.
- 126 seats in MBBS course in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati.
- One new Government Medical College at Paderu, Alluri Seetharama Raju District with intake of 50 MBBS seats for the academic year 2024-25 has been permitted on 02-09-2024 by the Govt. of India and the same also included in the Counselling. Allotments will be done in this new college as per G.O.Ms.No.107, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated.19.07.2023.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Due to the recent cyclonic storm, which has resulted in flooding and office disruptions, the Competent Authority has decided to allow all candidates found in Provisional Merit List of applied candidates displayed on 03.09.2024 for exercising their prioritised onetime web options through online mode for admissions into MBBS Course under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2024-25.
- No further notifications for exercising web options will be issued. All candidates have to exercise their one-time web options NOW only.
- However, mere exercising prioritised web options under this notification does not confer any automatic rights to secure admission into MBBS Course.
- Eligible candidates who are found in the Final Merit Position of the applied candidates which will be displayed after examination of grievances, if any will only be considered for process of allotment of seats for admission into MBBS Course under the Competent Authority Quota, 2024-25.
- The candidates who have raised grievances and subsequently got eligible as per regulations will be dynamically added to Provisional Merit List and they can also exercise prioritised onetime web options through online mode as per the schedule notified hereunder.
- Candidates are cautioned that if a seat is allotted and the candidate is later found ineligible, the allotment will be automatically cancelled without any notice.
Instructions to the candidates:
- Candidates should exercise only ONETIME OPTIONS FOR ALL MEDICAL COLLEGES ("35" FOR MALE CANDIDATES AND "36" FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES) AS PER THEIR ORDER OF PRIORITY
- Candidates are advised to go through the "Information on Counselling Procedure" to know the various details such as Onetime Options, the categorization of Area and Categorization of Candidates in relation to area, fee structure upgradation rules etc. which is available in the University website. - Area-wise Seat Matrix is displayed in the University Website for information to exercise the Web options.
- Candidates are also advised to go through the prospectus and the Government Orders on Rules of UG admissions available before exercising web options.
- Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the web. One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile and mail at the time of entering and submitting web options.
- Candidates are advised to go through the User Manual for exercising onetime web options available in the University website.
- The options once exercised are final. No request for change of options or order of college priorities will be entertained after closure of above said web options schedule. The same options will be considered for all phases of counselling including Stray counselling. The same options will also be considered for filling special category seats as and when the final prioritized lists from the authorities concerned are received.
- Candidates are instructed to take the print out of the saved options.

- Candidates who have been allotted a seat shall report at the allotted college within the reporting schedule by downloading the allotment order on payment of University fee of 10,600/-. The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University regulations.
